Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Yes, when you shop at Tamwenat Elzekrayat, your information is safe. Your payments are handled by 2Checkout which are recognized companies in Egypt for their security.

What kind of payment method is available?

We accept payment using bank cards, digital wallets, installments, and we also accept payment on receipt.

Shipping & Delivery

What if have received a wrong item or an item is missing?

We urge our customers to check items as soon as they are received to make sure they are in good condition and exactly what you ordered. If you find anything wrong with the product, please contact us immediately.

What if i entered the incorrect shipping address?

Please, contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number, and updated shipping address. If your order has not yet shipped, we will gladly update your shipping information.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver our products to all regions throughout Egypt, with the exception of some governorates, which are North Sinai. Delivery within 3 to 6 working days (excluding any public holidays).

Do you offer refunds?

How long after i complete a purchase can i ask for a refund?

A refund request can be submitted within 7 days after completing the purchase.

Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund when the order has free shipping?

When the order includes free shipping, the shipping cost is borne solely by the customer.

How do i apply a promo code?

You can enter your promo code under Apply Discount Code at checkout. Once you hit Apply Code it will automatically be applied to your purchase.

How do i use a promotional code?

If you have a promo code to use on our site (lucky you!), it's easy enough - just enter the code in the box labeled "Gift Card or Discount Code" At checkout, click "Apply" and if your basket meets the terms of the offer, the instructions will apply your software.

How can i make a purchase?

Ordering from us is quick and easy. You have two convenient options: through our website or via WhatsApp.

Website Order:

Browse our Shop and select your desired item.
Click "add to cart" for the chosen product.
Click on checkout.
Provide your personal info and address.
Choose a payment method, then click "Place Order"
That's it! Your order is now processed and in our system.

WhatsApp Order:

Click any of our WhatsApp.
You'll be connected to a customer service agent.
They'll help you place the order effortlessly.

I'm not comfortable with online orders. what do i do?

We understand your concern, which is a valid one given some online shops' lack of transparency. At Tamwenat Elzekrayat, we prioritize your peace of mind. We offer a "Pay on Delivery" option, ensuring you only pay when the product reaches you. You can inspect the material upon delivery without opening the package. If the product isn't to your liking, you have the right to decline it, and you'll only be charged for the delivery service. Your satisfaction and trust are our top priorities.
